I’m Dr. Cassidy T. Cook, and I’d like to personally invite you to explore what makes our practice unique and special.
ABOUT US
Drs. Cass and Stephanie Cook married in 2009 after graduating from the University of Florida College of Dentistry together in 2008. They actually grew up in the same county, but never met until the day they started dental school. Dr. Stephanie always wanted to live here and they moved to the area in 2009 as soon as Dr. Cass finished his residency. They started Cook Family Dentistry in December of 2011, where Dr. Cass has been the primary dentist. They have since had three kids- Benton, June, and Kathryn, so Dr. Stephanie has stayed busy being Mom, an online health and fitness coach, and Homeschool mom/director.
Our team at Cook Family Dentistry has a combined dental experience of over 40 years. Providing our patients with the most outstanding dental experience is of the utmost importance to us. We enjoy providing quality care as each patient has his or her own personal needs and concerns.
We want to serve our patients with compassion, excellence, and value. We take pleasure in making a difference in the smiles and oral health of our patients.

Meet the Doctors
Cassidy T. Cook DMD, FACD
Cassidy T. Cook, DMD, FAGD, FACD is a unique dentist. He specializes in comprehensive, cosmetic and implant dentistry. He takes a gentle approach, easing any concerns you might have by providing valuable patient education. He listens to completely understand your dental needs and goals. Then, Dr. Cook will provide the highest standard of personalized dental care using his skilled training in the latest proven advances in dental technology.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Samford University (Birmingham, Alabama) in Biology, Dr. Cook went on to achieve his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Florida. He further extended his training and education by completing a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry through the University of Florida. Dr. Cook is now a proud fellow of the Dawson Academy.
Dr. Cook is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a certified provider for Six Month Smiles and Suresmile Aligners.
Dr. Cook is proud to be a fellow of the American College of Dentists and member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
Dr. Cook is a graduate of the Comprehensive Implant Residency Program gaining top training in grafting and implant dentistry.
Dr. Cook enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie and 3 children (Benton, June and Kathryn) outside on the water, beach or snow. Dr. Cook is an avid Gator alumnus and enjoys fishing, boating, golfing and snow skiing. Dr. Cook and his family are proud to be members of Good News church and involved in the ministry and outreach both within the church and in the community.
